Through an interactive series of modules, the Alliance administers and designs training institutes to service both businesses and individuals in the construction industry. These programs are as follows:

The Sky is the Limit Conference
Building upon the Sky is the Limit series that began in 1999; “The Sky is the Limit” is a half-day conference that brings together major companies and small, female and minority-owned companies in the construction-related trades and professions. It consists of several major presentations and workshops, and a networking closing reception. Highlights include:

· Attendees representing all the construction trades and professions.
· Presentations by Senior City and Hartsfield officials plus five leading private sector construction and business experts.
· Workshop sessions hosted by private sector construction and business experts along with City representatives.

Supplier Diversity Conference
Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport and the City of Atlanta continue their successful series of conferences and networking forums by hosting the Supplier Diversity Conference (SDC). The lively, three-day conference focuses upon opportunities for the attendees to participate in the multi-billion dollar transportation industry. The SDC addresses training and development experiences and highlights opportunities to build sound, profitable relationships through networking.
